Description:
Currently, Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team as Project Engineer - IR00120. This opportunity is a Full Time position to be based in Orlando, Florida, United States.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Provide site execution activities in Staffing field based organization within the Energy field to include gas, steam or wind.
• Set up strategies for field operation, outages, customers and business process.
• Assist in scheduling of all Wind Division Technicians.
• Coordinate and contact all Wind Division Technicians.
• Assist in interviewing potential candidates for employment.
• Coordinating of training employees on company data management tools.
• Development and implementation of resource training and scheduling resource activities.
• Development of standardized daily reports, customer satisfaction surveys, etc. as required and write instructions on how to implement such reports and surveys.
• Assist Training Department with orientation of new employees.

Requirements:
Specific Requirements:
• BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree required. In the alternative, the employer will accept the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree, as stated, based on a combination of experience and education, as determined by an accredited credential evaluation specialist.
• Minimum 5 years directly related experience in controlling and commissioning of fossil fuel power plants.
• Experience in the design and analysis of plant logic to perform commissioning and installation power plants.
• Extensive experience in planning and scheduling of manpower personnel to include planned outages, operation, evaluation and performance reviews.
• Experience with plant commissioning directly with the customer and supervise internal and external employees during outages.
• Experience with TXP System to monitor and investigate problems and recommend improvements in logic.

Wind Quality Technician

The Wind Quality Technician will be to ensure the sub supplier is manufacturing tubular towers, according to valid specification and approved procedure from the project related quality plan. Meaning following all production steps, from inspection of raw material before production start, to final approval of the painted tower section. Clarify questions and advice suppliers regarding Siemens Wind Power specifications. This includes guidance for sub-suppliers specifications e.g. paint supplier Hempel. Establishment of non conformity reports and weekly meeting with the supplier, this is an ongoing process as corrective and preventive actions are needed, to ensure a continuous improvement of the quality management system.
